Aneel Ursani, MD
Dr. Aneel Ursani is the lead psychiatrist at Responder First Wellness, working alongside Nataly Kuznetsov, PMHNP-BC, on clinical oversight and complex case consultation. Board-certified in psychiatry, Dr. Ursani earned his medical degree at St. George's University and completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Psychology from UC Berkeley. His clinical interests center on evidence-based psychopharmacology and the kind of careful, biologically grounded care that complex trauma and high stress populations require.

Elyas Parsa, DO
Elyas Parsa, DO is a dedicated physician with a deep commitment to the well-being of first responders. His journey into wellness medicine stems from both personal experiences with trauma and a career spent serving diverse, vulnerable populations in San Joaquin County and New Zealand. With extensive expertise in family medicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine, Dr. Parsa takes a comprehensive approach to health, addressing both the physical and mental challenges faced by patients.
Dr. Parsa completed his Family Medicine Residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center/UIC and holds a Certificate in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University. He is also certified in ketamine-assisted therapy and is passionate about integrating mindfulness, holistic health strategies, and evidence-based medicine into his practice.

Nataly Kuznetsov, PMHNP-BC
MS, CNS, RN, ACCNS-AG, CEN, TCRN, CCRN, CFRN
Nataly is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Board Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Critical Care/Trauma practicing in the states of California, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, and Oregon. Her passion is to support First Responders and Healthcare workers’ mental health. This population faces unique challenges and has a unique culture, which can only be understood by being a part of it. Nataly has been a part of that culture for over 13 years, working in various hospitals, being part of a 911 system, and responding to disasters both nationally and internationally.
Nataly graduated with a Master’s Degree from the University of California in San Francisco in 2012 and a post-masters from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. Nataly is the founder of a non-profit organization “Disaster Responder Assets Network” that has been providing various mental health services to First Responders and Disaster Relief Responders since 2015. She founded a peer support program at a Level 2 Trauma hospital in Santa Clara County. She has created and taught classes about cultural competency to mental health providers and peer responders serving the needs of First Responders and Healthcare workers. She was featured on KTVU-2, Fox-40, Daytime Cares Event, KVON Radio, FireRescue1.com, Arizona Health and Living, and Voice of America News discussing the mental health needs of First Responders and Healthcare Workers.

Kerie Dietz Roberts, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Kerie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a deep commitment to improving mental health care across the lifespan. With years of clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, and inpatient settings, Kerie brings both skill and empathy to her practice. She specializes in treating mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring substance use challenges, with a particular focus on supporting women, children, and underserved populations.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kerie served as a registered nurse and clinical instructor, mentoring future nurses while providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Her dual background in education and direct care allows her to approach psychiatric treatment with a unique combination of clinical knowledge, warmth, and patient advocacy.
Kerie believes in a collaborative, person-centered approach, tailoring care plans to each individual’s values, strengths, and goals. She is passionate about promoting mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and empowering patients to take an active role in their wellness journey. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, relaxing with her kids, and finding beauty in the small moments of daily life.

Tawny Chestnut, MA, LMFT
Tawny Chestnut is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who takes a whole-person approach to mind, body, and wellness. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s College of California. In addition to her graduate training and state licensure, Tawny has completed multiple certifications and specialized training in first responder cultural competence, deepening her ability to understand and support the unique challenges faced by law enforcement, fire service, medical, and other emergency personnel.
With extensive training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Brainspotting (a neuroscientific approach to trauma processing), she provides therapy to first responders, veterans, couples, and individuals navigating high-stress careers and seasons of their life. Drawing on a holistic and integrative approach, Tawny creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and restore balance in their lives.

Eulanne Reyes

Eulanne is a dedicated Medical Assistant with a background in medical technology and healthcare administration. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, she specializes in administrative operations and client coordination at Responder First Wellness.
Her expertise in medical administration, patient coordination, and workflow optimization plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication between clients and providers. She is committed to efficiency and patient-centered care, supporting both clients and the medical team with professionalism.

Heather Chamblin
Administrator
Heather is a skilled and dependable Administrator, supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. She is often the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming.
As a retired first responder, Heather has a strong appreciation for the demands and stress of the profession and the impact those experiences can have not only on the individual, but also on their family and loved ones. She approaches her role with respect and kindness, believing that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported.
